Meet Linda V. Galietta
Linda is a highly skilled and compassionate mental health therapist with 19 years of experience in the mental health field. She possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology. Linda has served in a wide range of diverse settings including community based mental health, private practice, public and private schools and divorce mediation firms, where she provides empathic and effective support to her clients. Linda's extensive background enables her to view the client's problems through a different lens, allowing her to better understand, and offer therapeutic strategies that are tailored to the distinct needs of individuals and families.

Counseling sessions for adolescents are tailored to address their challenges with anxiety, peer relationships, their parents divorce and support their journey towards emotional well-being in a safe, accepting environment. Through a collaborative and nurturing approach, I provide coping strategies and aim to empower teens to overcome obstacles and thrive.
Co-Parenting
I specialize in providing parent mediation, co-parenting and education to parents navigating the divorce process. I help parents strengthen their co-parenting partnership, improve communication, feel more confident and at ease in their day-to-day family life.
Adults
Counseling services for adults are designed to address concerns, from stress, anxiety and relationship issues, life transitions and personal growth. I strive to create a supportive and understanding space for adults to explore and address their emotional needs.
